Meeting Rooms

The library has two meeting rooms available for public use at no charge.

The meeting rooms are available to organizations for educational, self-help, and other not-for-profit meetings. A TV with VHS/DVD player, an overhead projector and an LCD projector are available for use in either room and the library's wireless Internet is also accessible. Groups are welcome to serve refreshments in the meeting rooms and a small kitchen is convenient to either room.

• The Library Auditorium (Meeting Room #1) features carpet, a small stage, and a sound system with microphones. It accommodates 120 people seated auditorium-style in chairs or 40 people seated classroom-style at tables.

• The Video Conferencing Room (Meeting Room #2) provides video conferencing and holds approximately 15 people at tables. Video conferences are scheduled through the Nebraska Video Conferencing Network (NVCN) in Lincoln by calling (402) 471-4130 and take priority over other meetings held in the room.

Meeting rooms may be reserved on a first come first served basis. Smaller groups (e.g., 2-person tutoring or mentoring) may be held in any area of the library.
