Used books and other media The library welcomes gifts of used books, magazines, CDs, videos, DVDs, audio books and other items. For more information see the Friends' Donate Books page.

Gift, memorial, honor book forms

For your convenience you may print a form to mail in with your donation. (Adobe Reader required)

Gift book form [PDF] – Use this form if you would like to designate a contribution to purchase new books or other materials to the library. You or your group can suggest titles or subject areas you wish to add to the library's collection and we'll include your name on a book plate as the donor.

Memorial book form [PDF] – Use this form if you would like to designate the purchase of new books or other materials for the library as a memorial. Remember a loved one, friend, co-worker, or even beloved pet as a gift to the library and your community. You may suggest titles or subject areas and we will include a memorial book plate on titles purchased.

Honor book form [PDF] – Use this form to make a gift of new books or other materials in honor of that special person or pet. This can be the perfect birthday, Mother's Day, Father's Day, or even Christmas present that keeps on giving every time someone checks it out from the library.

Contributions to the library are tax-deductible as permitted by law.
